We would like to invite you to the 2nd International Congress on Stem Cells and Tissue Formation from July 6th to 9th 2008 in Dresden. This congress is organized every second year by the Dresden stem cell community in the newly founded DFG-Research Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden (CRTD) www.crt-dresden.de and the Collaborative Research Center (SFB 655) "Cells into Tissues" www.sfb655.de.
Based on the experience with the international congress in 2006 we expect about 1000 scientists to attend this exciting meeting from all over the world. In 2008 the congress will focus on stem cells, and the formation of tissues of multiple organs, such as the CNS, pancreas, skin, heart, and the hematopoietic system.
