Confirmation of registration
When your completed online registration is received by the congress office, written confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. Please bring along this document when you travel to Dresden. You will receive your conference documents (i.e. name badge) in the conference centre at the registration desk.
Payment
Registration fees and transport pass should be paid either by Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX) or bank transfer.
Credit card
The total amount of the conference fee will be charged to your credit card immediately after your registration. The guest guaranteeing her/his hotel reservation by credit card herewith entitles INTERPLAN AG to forward the data of the credit card to the hotel as a guarantee for the room reservation. A deposit is not required – the entire stay has to be paid directly at the hotel, as the card won’t be charged in advance.
Bank transfer
Money must be transferred to the mentioned account no later than four weeks after online registration, at the latest June 15, 2010. If you register and pay after that date please send us a copy of your bank draft or pay by credit card. To consider your registration, all charges must be paid in full by the start of the conference.

Cancellations and refunds
The congress office must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration:
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
- until March 31, 2010: 30% of the registration fee
- after March 31, 2010: No refunds will be made.
For organisational reasons, refunds can only be granted up to June 15, 2010. Thereafter, reimbursements are possible only after the conference. Any bank charges shall be borne by the participants.
General Information
Data protection notice
Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of § 4 under the Federal Data Protection Act.
For your registration to the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means to the organisation and completion of the event.
Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel etc.).
The legislator requires us to obtain your consent. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this notice ticked.
Electricity supply
Electricity in Germany is supplied at 220/230V - 50Hz AC. Please bring the appropriate converter plug, if necessary.
Insurance and Liability
In registering for the 3rd International Congress on Stem Cells and Tissue formation participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress office assume any liability whatsoever. It is the responsibility of participants, exhibitors and accompanying persons to be properly and adequately insured, i.e. make their own arrangements, regarding health and travel insurance.
Language
The official congress language will be English.
Letter of invitation
If required, the congress office will send you a letter of invitation after your payment has been received. It should be understood that this letter is only to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support. Due to the fact that consulates and embassies need a lot of time to process a visa request, we advice you to ask for a letter of invitation at your earliest convenience. Passport and Visa
Passport and visa requirements may vary according to the country of origin. Participants requiring a visa for entry to Germany are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least three months before the intended date of travel. Visa application requires the receipt of the registration form and payment. Please contact your travel agency or the German Consulate or Embassy in your country for further advice.
