Students are advised to check the homepage of the Studentenwerk Dresden, Technische Universität Dresden, to look for low price rooms at the International Guest House.

A limited number of rooms are also available for non-students. The distance to the Congress Center is about 4,500 m. Public transport is available nearby. From the International Guest House take Straßenbahn Line 8, direction Hellerau at the Reichenbachstraße tram stop, change to Straßenbahn Line 11, direction “Bühlau” at Prager Straße, get out at Congresszentrum.
It will take approximately 20 min by taking the public transportation system and if you rather walk it will take approx. 45 min.

To find a room at the Youth Hostel click here,  the distance to the Congress Center is about 1,900 m. Public transport is available nearby. From the Youth Hostel get on Straßenbahn Line 10, direction Friedrichstadt at Freiberger Straße, get out at Bahnhof Mitte. Walk down Könneritzstrasse in the direction of Marienbrücke bridge, turn right onto Devrientstraße, then take first left turn onto Ostra Ufer.
